Let us know your name, order number, type of return (refund or exchange) and the reason why you need to return.
All returns must be received within 30 days of original delivery. Any items received after 30 days of delivery date will be returned to you and will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in received condition free from any stains, animal hair, and scents.
We inspect all items closely before shipping for any damages and cannot be held responsible for anything that occurs after wear or as a result of improper wash. Any damaged or visibly worn merchandise will be returned to buyer and will not be eligible for a refund.
After we receive and inspect your return we will issue a refund – please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to be credited to your account.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

*All items purchased with discount codes are eligible for store credit only.
*Return for store credit, or exchange it for another item, and we’ll cover the return shipping. If that item is less than the original, you will receive a store credit for the remaining cost.
Wisefolk is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, please be sure to double check your address before placing an order, and we encourage you to obtain a tracking number for your return shipment.
